Before Norato Roofing and Renovations was incorporated, Norato Construction was the predecessor. When Norato Construction began, it was founded for the goal of serving others with respect, dignity, and treating customers how they wanted to be treated. The company focused on doing quality work for homeowners and business owners by using the best materials and not cutting corners. Jose Norato began this company with the passion for helping homeowners receive roofing installation and repairs at a fair price. After being with the company since 2009, David and Esli Delgado relocated to Wilmington in 2011 to manage the Wilmington chapter of Norato Construction. In 2019, David and Esli took the big step of becoming owners of Norato Roofing and Renovations! Since that day, they’ve grown the company through hard work, repeat business, referrals from previous customers, and always putting the customer first.
What Drives Us To Work Every Day
Passion to Serve Our Customers- When David and Esli decided to purchase the Wilmington chapter and name it Norato Roofing and Renovations, they knew it would take courage like starting any business. However, based on the feedback they had received from customers they had been working with since 2011, they knew it was a risk they worth taking. Fast forward to 2022, and they could not be happier to serve the great people of Wilmington with passion for protecting their largest asset, their home. When David and Esli hire employees to work on their customers roofs, they do so with care knowing that people’s homes mean so much to them.
We Enjoy the Roofing Process- Roofing is not an easy line of work. Every time you get on top of a roof, there is danger involved. That being said, David enjoys the process of being able to assist customers with the installation of a new roof or the ability to make repairs for a couple of reasons. First, homes mean so much to people. They spend years or even decades or more putting time and effort into turning a house into a home. That is special, to be a part of the process of beautifying and protecting the home with a strong roof. Second, it feels great to work with your hands. It’s so satisfying to build and know that you created that with your own two hands. Finally, it’s just so rewarding to see the smile on the face of our customers once the project is complete!
